When I am in my community, you can find me spending time with family and friends, out on run, at the barn with the horses, or hanging with my sidekick Rosy, a 6 pound Shih Tzu mix puppy. I love being social and connecting with others and being in nature. 

I am stepping up to lead because I am passionate about supporting the wellbeing of individuals, teams, organizations, and communities. The process of building resilience is unique to each person, and a common factor in that process is connection. I am stepping up to lead because I want others to feel supported and connected with what helps them feel happy and healthy.
